Sports clubs in Exmouth are invited to apply for a share of a £100,000 funding pot boost for to pay for improvements, upgrades or expansion. Exmouth Town Council has launched the Sports Club Improvement Fund in a bid to help local clubs thrive and benefit the community. Dad and daughter paddleboarders took a sharp intake of breath amid a ‘wow’ moment when a sea turtle swam with them off East Devon. Developers’ cash of around £10million will boost healthcare, sports, education and green areas in East Devon. The district council has announced cash developers must pay the authority to build new homes will go to ‘several community projects’, set to start in the coming months.
