A group championing men’s mental health, encouraging them to open up and talk, holds free weekly open-door sessions across East Devon and Exeter. Andy’s Man Club, a UK-wide men’s suicide prevention charity, provides free, peer-to-peer support groups every Monday at 7pm (excluding bank holidays) at Sidmouth Library, Honiton Library, both in East Devon and in Exeter at Exeter City Football Club, the Phoenix Centre and Wonford community centre. All eyes will be on the skies above Sidmouth in August when the Red Arrows return for the town’s 2026 summer airshow. Sidmouth Town Council has confirmed the Red Arrows will headline at the town’s annual airshow on Saturday, August 28, marking the start of a weekend of Regatta celebrations. Joining this year’s Sidmouth airshow line-up for the first time is the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Douglas C47 Dakota.
