A flasher who followed a woman dog walker and exposed his genitals on an East Devon footpath is being hunted by police.

Police are appealing for help to identify a man who followed a woman as she walked in Otterton, East Devon, on Sunday afternoon (December 1).

The woman was followed by a man for ten minutes and when she bent down to put on her dog’s lead, he stood over her and exposed himself, saying ‘it’s a lovely day’.

Police said the flasher struck on the public footpath at Otterton and St Mary’s Church, Bicton, at around 12.40pm.

At the time, he was wearing a black hat with ear flaps, tan-coloured sweatshirt, a dark blue waterproof jacket tied around his waist, and blue jeans.
