SPONSORED POST: Devon professional offers discounted life, leadership and team development coaching sessions for businesses or individuals

Bag yourself a bargain, secure a discounted coaching session with a Devon professional and improve your life while giving women in poverty the boost they need to better theirs.

Personal Development and Life Coach Rachel Symns, of Simple Coaching Solutions, has signed up to take part in Coachathon 2023, where more than 200 ‘exceptional’ coaches generously donate their time, offering 45-minute coaching sessions in return for a £40 donation.

But be quick – Rachel has just five discounted slots available.

Every penny of the donations raised through Coachathon 2023 will support women facing extreme poverty in Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Rachel, who lives near Exeter, in Devon, specialises in life coaching, leadership and team development, executive coaching and professional facilitation – she strives to help her clients break down barriers that are holding them back from achieving their goals.

She is offering her discounted sessions to businesses, for a team, to individuals, or as a gift for others.

She said: “I love to help my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. Life’s too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled.

“I am here to help my clients achieve a more positive outlook on life, and provide them with all the tools necessary to get them there.”

“I help them learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of their dreams and goals.”

Rachel has signed up to take part in this year’s Coachathon 2023, on November 8, in a bid to share her extensive experience and expertise at a discounted rate, while helping women out of poverty.

Money raised through Coachathon 2023 will aid the Microloan Foundation (Coachathon 2023 – MicroLoan Foundation ) a charity set up to enable women in Sub Saharan countries to receive loans and training to set up businesses and work themselves out of poverty.

Rachel, a Licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner and ICF Certified Life Coach, experienced in delivering team workshops and personal, one-to-one coaching and psychometric profile debriefs, said: “When I heard about Coachathon I could not wait to get involved. It’s a fabulous way to apply the skills and knowledge that I have learnt during the past seven years to change the lives of so many others – those I coach and the women whose hardship I could never begin to imagine.

“I feel blessed to have led a life of freedom and choice, and now I have the opportunity to help others reach their full potential.”

The MicroLoan Foundation supports women facing poverty in sub-Saharan Africa through mentoring, training, and small loans to build their own businesses. The sustainable income helps mothers and entrepreneurs afford nutritious food, healthcare, and education for their families, and an estimated 3,200 children they care for.

Coachathon 2022 donated more than £20,000 to the MicroLoan Foundation, supporting more than 800 women, made possible after 237 coaches from 32 countries around the world signed up to offer discounted coaching sessions.
