Police release CCTV image of a man who could ‘assist with enquiries’ after alleged public order offence in Seaton

Police investigating an alleged public order offence outside a Seaton supermarket have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak, believing he could help with enquiries.

Devon and Cornwall Police, who released the man’s photo earlier this month, said an incident was reported outside the town’s Tesco supermarket, in Harbour Road, in March this year.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may know the identity of the man pictured.

Police said an incident was reported to have taken place outside the store at around 8.15am, on Thursday, March 4, 2021.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: “Police investigating an alleged public order offence in  Seaton have released a picture of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

“It is reported to have happened outside the town’s Tesco superstore at around 8.15am on Thursday 4 March.

“Officers investigating the report would like to identify the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.”
