Vintage tractor stolen from farm near Axminster sparks police appeal for information

Police are appealing for information to the whereabouts of a vintage tractor stolen overnight from a farm near Axminster.

The 1983 red and white David Brown tractor, worth around £6,000 was stolen from woodland on the Membury Road, sometime between midnight and 2am on Sunday, February 28.

Police want to hear from anyone who may have seen the 38-year-old vehicle, or who has CCTV from the area, or dashcam footage.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokeswoman said: “It was stolen from woodland near a farm on Membury Road between midnight and 2am on Sunday 28 February.

“It is worth around £6,000.”
