Exmouth Town Football Club are in home action on Wednesday night (November 4) when they entertain Keynsham Town in a Toolstation Western League Premier Division game.
The Southern Road club will be staging the final match in East Devon for the next month as the second national lockdown kicks in the following day.
On Saturday, Town recorded their first league clean sheet this season as they defeated Wellington to move up to fourth in the table,
And with leaders Parkway entertaining second-placed Street on the same night, a Town win against Keynsham could see the Southern Road men into second place in the table heading into the lockdown and suspension of the league season.
Saturday’s 2-0 win over Wellington was watched by a superb turnout of 231 which put Town’s attendance in the top five of all step five football across England on the final Saturday of October.
Indeed, the Town turnout was bettered only by Leighton Town (304), Chatham Town (300), AFC Prochester (300) and Northwich Victoria (2510).
For Wednesday night’s game, the Exmouth Town bar will be open from 4pm and the Southern Road gates will be open from 6.15pm for the 7.30pm kick-off.[asp_product id=”17531″]
