Police seek CCTV and witnesses after Honiton High Street burglary

Police are appealing for witness and information after cash and booze was stolen when an address in Honiton High Street was burgled.

Officers said the burglary of a money tin containing cash, and two bottles of wine, took place sometime between 3am and 3.30am on Monday, June 29.

Anyone finding discarded items believed to be related to the burglary is asked to contact police.

Officers also want to hear from anyone who has CCTV footage of the High Street area from around the time of the crime.

A police spokesperson said: “We are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information in connection with a report of burglary to premises in the High Street, Honiton.

“A money tin containing cash and two bottles of wine were stolen.

“This took place sometime between 3am and 3.30am on Monday 29 June, 2020.

“If you have any information, find any discarded items, or have any CCTV in the area mentioned, please phone police.”
