A ship’s mast measuring 53 metres will be transported in a convoy along the M5 at Exeter on Friday morning, June 26.
Police will be escorting the large convoy carrying the 53-metre mast, measuring 2.55 metres wide, along the route from Exeter to Cornwall, with the group expected to leave Exeter at 9.30am.
Devon and Cornwall Police warned motorists to expect some disruption as the load is transported towards Falmouth.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: “Police will be providing a full escort to the convoys and drivers can expect some disruption and possible delays during this time.”[asp_product id=”17531″]
