Police release e-fit in hunt for bike-riding flasher in Exmouth area after two reports of indecent exposure in 24 hours

Police investigating two reports of indecent exposure involving a mountain bike-riding flasher in the Exmouth area have released an e-fit of the suspect.

Officers investigating a pair of incidents in the space of 24 hours have issued an appeal for information.

A male cyclist exposed himself to a woman on both occasions.

The first happened along Madeira Walk in Exmouth between 11am and noon on Sunday, May 31.

Another occurred on the Exmouth to Budleigh Salterton cycle path, near Knowle, between 9am and 10am on Monday, June 1.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: “The suspect is described as being white, in his early 20s, of muscular build, with brown hair which has a sweeping fringe, riding a grey- or dark-coloured mountain bike.

“Officers would like to hear from anyone who may be able to identify the suspect, or who have been in these area at the time of the incidents and have bike camera or mobile phone footage that could help them identify him.”
