The man is also thought to have links to the East Devon area, officers said.

Police want to hear from anyone who can identify the man pictured, or has information to his whereabouts, believing he could help with their investigation.

A police spokesperson said: “The activity was reported to have taken place in the Heavitree area of Exeter but it is suspected that the male in the image may have links throughout Exeter, East and Mid Devon.

“Officers are keen to speak to the man pictured because it’s thought he may have information to assist the investigation.”
