An Exmouth High Street restaurant has gone on the market with a leasehold price of £63,000.
Millers Restaurant, which trades five nights a week, was described by marketing agents Stonesmith, as occupying a ‘lucrative and prime trading position’ in Exmouth town centre.
The business occupies a ground floor lock up premises and includes an air-conditioned main restaurant for 42 customers, fitted commercial catering kitchen equipped to a high specification, and a rear service yard storage area.
Millers Restaurant will be trading as usual until any sale has been completed.
A spokesperson for Stonesmith said the ‘turnkey’ restaurant was ready to trade for new owners taking over, and the premises ‘well placed’ to take advantage of the high footfall, with free on-street parking directly to the front.
“Millers Restaurant currently trades five night a week as a quality licensed restaurant offering predominately British cuisine,” the spokesperson said.
“The business boasts strong levels of trade – through personal choice and to fit in with their lifestyle requirements, our clients have purposefully restricted the opening hours of the business.”
The Stonesmith spokesperson added: “The sale of Millers Restaurant is an excellent opportunity to purchase a well-regarded turnkey business with an excellent reputation and undoubtedly offers tremendous potential for new owners to put their own stamp on the business and for further growth in trade.”
