Exmouth man, 39, charged over alleged sexual assault on train

A 39-year-old man has been charged in connection to a report of a sexual assault on board a train between Digby and Sowton, and Exmouth railway station.

British Transport Police say the alleged incident is said to have happened between 5.45pm and 6.10pm on Friday December 27, 2019.

Sebastian Sienko, of Imperial Road, Exmouth, has been charged with sexual assault by touching and is due to appear at Exeter Magistrates’ Court on February 4.
