Police and ambulance called to car on its side near Honiton

The emergency services were called to help when a car was reported on its side at Farway Hill, near Honiton, on Tuesday morning.

Police and the ambulance service were called to the turning for Putts Corner shortly after 8.30am, on January 21.

The driver of the vehicle was thought to be uninjured and recovery of the vehicle was arranged, said police.

A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesman said: “We were called at around 8.40am with reports of a car on its side on Farway Hill.

“An ambulance has also attended the scene.

The driver is believed to be uninjured and recovery is being arranged.”
