New homes proposed for site behind Honiton High Street

Three new homes are being proposed for land behind Honiton High Street.

The town council’s planning committee will consider an application for the development at a meeting next week.

Relating to land at the rear of 102 High Street, the application includes a Listed Building Consent request for the removal of a section of the boundary wall as well as the erection of acoustic timber fencing.

At the same meeting, councillors will also consider applications for single and two-storey extensions at separate addresses in Glanvill Way.

The town council’s recommendations are taken into consideration by East Devon District Council which has the final say.
