A ‘variety of imaginative local sellers’ are being sought to help create a festive atmosphere at Exmouth Christmas Fayre.
The yuletide event will take place in The Strand on Friday, December 6, from 3pm to 8pm.
Late-night shopping, the Christmas tree lights switch-on and fireworks are among the highlights on offer at the tradition.
Organised by Exmouth Town Council, this year’s fayre will also include live music and carols, a Santa’s grotto, primary schools’ tree decorating and a lantern parade.
An invitation has been issued to all local festive craft, gift and food sellers to be part of the event.
A council spokesperson said: “New for 2019, we’ll also have two large marquees in The Strand to provide an all-weather, indoor environment for a range of festive stalls selling crafts and gifts.
“We’re keen to have a wide variety of stalls on offer, so if you’d like to be involved please download an application form.
“The deadline for receipt of applications is Thursday, October 24.”
