Developer announces new homes for Exmouth as building work starts

A housing developer has begun building more homes in Littleham which will be available from the start of next year.

Taylor Wimpey has started work on its Buckingham Heights development, two miles east of Exmouth town centre.

The development for 120 homes was given planning permission in June 2019, and follows on from Taylor Wimpey’s Plumb Park build.

The first homes on the development, off Pankhurt Close, Littleham, are due to launch in spring 2020.

The new development will offer a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Melissa Langton, sales and marketing director at Taylor Wimpey Exeter, said: “We’re so proud to have started work on our second development in Exmouth.

“Taylor Wimpey are committed to delivering homes the people in Exmouth need and now that work has commenced on Buckingham Heights, I’m sure we’ll start to see the site taking shape very soon.”
