A 46-year-old Honiton woman was filmed on a policeman’s body-worn camera pointing a gun at him, Exeter Crown Court has heard.
Rebecca Zandt-Collins, of Chesnut Way, admitted possessing a Sig Sauer air pistol with intent to cause PC Darius Norton to believe that unlawful violence would be used against him.
Exeter Crown Court heard that the body worn video was not in court to be shown to the judge ‘which shows the incident’.
Judge Peter Johnson said the camera evidence was required as it shows the defendant pointing the weapon at the officer during the incident in Honiton, Devon, in June.
He said the video will show the ‘harm and culpability’ of the incident and he remanded her in custody until next week when she is due to be sentenced.
