A 95-year-old woman was left trapped in a car after it collided with a wall in Exeter this afternoon.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service sent two appliances to Danesway following reports of a road traffic collision at 2.14pm.
Crews from Middlemoor and Danes Castle attended.
The incident report states emergency services were told a vehicle had gone into a wall.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: “On arrival, crews reported one 95-year-old female trapped within the vehicle suffering from a minor arm injury.
“Crews rolled the car off the wall to release the casualty who was left in the care of ambulance personnel. Crews made the vehicle safe using small tools.”
