Honiton ladies travelled to Pinces Gardens to play the Ladies’ Over-50s League fixture this week, Honiton winning (36 – 24) and gaining 4 points to Pinces 2.
Top rink: T Lambert, D Courtney, S Hiscocks (22 – 9).
Two Mixed Friendly matches were played this week. In the first, Honiton visited Wellington where they won (89 – 78) with the top rink being that of D Tooley, M Granger, G Kille, D Courtney (28 – 10).
The other Mixed Friendly match saw a strong Crediton team visit Honiton, Crediton winning (115 – 72).
Two of the Honiton teams took top honours with drawn matches. Those were J Richards, M Granger, M Parsons, G Osborne ( 19 – 19) and M Critchley, M Richards, C James, D Courtney (18 – 18).
