A new tattoo parlour will open in Exmouth if a planning application is successful.
Proposals have been submitted for a change of use at 33 Exeter Road.
Applicant Mr Stuart Matthews has asked for permission for the shop space to be used for the business.
In his application to East Devon District Council (EDDC), Mr Mathews says: “This will not be your usual skull and black-style studio, but a clinical, modern-looking shop with consultation front of shop and tattoo work being done behind a partitioned area.”
The premises was formerly home to Whiskers and Wagtails before it relocated along Exeter Road.
The proposed new Exmouth tattoo parlour would be open from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, and employ five people, according to the application.
EDDC will decide the fate of the plans.
