Explosions of colour and carnival fun on Exmouth beach

Expect explosions of colour and a carnival atmosphere on Exmouth beach tomorrow, Sunday, July 14, with Exeter Deaf Academy.

Scores of people have signed up to run, dance or walk through colour bomb paint stations to help raise £250,000 to build a new Deaf Academy in Exmouth.

The Deaf Academy’s Colour Bomb, plus mini family-friendly festival, is on Exmouth beach and Queen’s Drive Space on Sunday, July 14.

The fun starts at 11am, until 3pm, and promises to be a mini family-friendly festival; Samba band Street Heat will help the colourful party along, performing Latin rhythms at the Queen’s Drive space.

The new state-of-the-art Deaf Academy is scheduled to open in 2020 on the former Rolle College site, in Exmouth.
