Get to grips with digital skills

East Devon businesses looking to drive up their digital skills are invited to attend an event being promoted by Heart of South West Growth Hub.

If you want to learn how to build your online presence and grow engagement on social media, this training is for you.

Being staged by Lloyds Banking Group in partnership with the Business and IP Centre Devon, Exeter City Council and Heart of South West Digital Skills Partnership, the event will focus on driving digital adoption and skills, as well as understanding the needs of small businesses and charities across the UK.

Interactive and collaborative, the Digital KnowHow session will highlight the benefits of tech adoption and provide digital skills via partners at Google.

As well as offering support to businesses looking to adopt new technologies, the event will cater for those who want to engage proactively with their target audience on social media platforms.

Taking place in the Rougemont Room at Exeter Library on July 11, the session will close with time for businesses to engage with trainers and local internet champions.

The event will run from 9.30am, with refreshments served in advance at 9am, to 1.30pm.
