New auction guide from Stags’ Farm Agency

From achieving a better price to to avoiding sales delays, a new auction guide sets out the benefits of selling property through auctions.

Stags’ Farm Agency has produced the guide. It is written by the agency’s Julia Richardson, who is an experienced negotiator, and provides at-a-glance answers to the most common auction questions.

It covers everything from the difference between guide and reserved prices, as well as information about deposits and the suitability of farms and land for auction.

The online guide can be accessed by anyone and offers a no-fuss approach to furnishing property and land owners with the facts about auctions.

Stags has been a West Country auctioneer for more than 140 years. In the past three years, it sold 90 per cent of all properties offered and achieves sales totalling a whopping £30 million.

Actions are held across the region and attract buyers from a wide geographical area.

You can view the free auction guide here. It will be especially useful if you are not sure if your farm or land is suitable for sale at auction, or want to know more about the processes involved.
