The Southern Road youngsters defeated Totnes and Dartington 1-0 at the Coach Road HQ of the Devon FA.
They can add the trophy to the Devon Under 18 Cup and success in the Devon County League play-off final in what has been an undefeated season.
The young team ended their campaign with 19 wins out of 20 games in all competitions – with just one goalless draw.
Many of the side look destined to step up into Exmouth Town Football Club’s senior sides in the coming seasons.
The only goal of a close encounter at Coach Road was scored by Tom Prout – a 35-yard thunderbolt into the top corner.
Wonderful all-round performance
Prout was making a most welcome return to the side since picking up an achilles injury picked up in an earlier round of the same competition.
Exmouth Town Football Club chairman Stuart Shaw, one of many supporters at the game, said: “It was a wonderful all-round performance from the team; one that epitomised the character and strength of resolve in their dressing room.
“It was not their most fluent of performances, but good teams ‘find a way’ to win games and they did just that!
“I am so proud of the under-18s and what they have achieved.
“In what has certainly been a wonderful season on and off the pitch for all at Southern Road, this really has to be the icing on the cake.”
