A host of outdoor fun for all ages in East Devon can be found in a new free event guide for 2019
Wild food foraging, bushcraft, canoe safaris and evening food markets are some of the outdoor fun for all in East Devon, from now until the autumn.
A guide to the great outdoors has been produced by East Devon District Council (EDDC), highlighting activities and things to do for all ages, between now and October.
Free copies of the 2019 Wild East Devon Events Guide can be picked up from libraries, tourist information centres and attractions across East Devon.
Scores of outdoor events have been planned by the district council and a host of partners.
A wide range of fun activities for families include wild food forages, trails and bushcraft; early planning is advised because popular events book up quickly.
There are experiences for adults; boat trips, canoe safaris, guided walks and evening food markets.
Tim Dafforn, from Wild East Devon, said: “This guide is jam-packed with wonderful opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
“We are very proud to work with over twenty partners to bring together their activities in one guide.
“There is something for everyone including willow basket making, volunteer days, walks and family events.”
